gorgeous, long and hot hike through picos valley

mama went hiking!

mama went hiking today in cidade velha

on the way they encountered many amazing baobab trees

and nice people doing laundry

then they capped it off with fried eel and beer (i think that is like juice for old people!)

they went to see the tanztheatre and delta dance (cabo verde) performance...mama says it was amazing!!!

on my way to school each day we pass by a police station...the other day i asked "what's that?" and dada said "it's a police car"
a dew days later we passed the police station again and i asked "that's a police car?" dada said "yes" and i said "i like police cars but i don't like police"...

i have been hangin' with dada in the park...
